Privacy policy

WeNine B.V., trading as Latin Bootcamp, Chamber of Commerce number 97160857, is responsible for processing your personal data.

Questions about privacy or your data? Email info@latinbootcamp.nl.

Order and participation data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), chosen role (leader or follower), chosen date, ticket details and payment status.

Contact and form data: everything you fill in on our contact, private lesson, company or community forms, including your message.

Health information you voluntarily share, such as an injury. We use this only to keep the class safe and do not share it with third parties.

Images: photos and video taken during events.

Website data: IP address, device and browser data, pages visited and click behaviour via Google Analytics.

To process your ticket, organise your participation and send practical information — basis: performance of the contract.

To answer your questions and requests — basis: performance of the contract or our legitimate interest.

To keep our administration and invoicing — basis: legal obligation.

To invite you to upcoming bootcamps and other WeNine B.V. events — basis: our legitimate interest in offering similar events to our participants, or your consent.

To improve our website, service and promotion — basis: legitimate interest or consent (analytics and cookies).

If you bought a ticket or signed up, we may email you invitations for future Latin Bootcamps and for other events and concepts of WeNine B.V.

Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe you no longer receive invitations; you will still receive practical emails about a bootcamp you hold a ticket for.

We never sell your data and do not use it for other companies' advertising.

Ticket Tailor — our ticket provider; processes your order and payment data.

Payment providers via Ticket Tailor, such as iDEAL, credit card companies, Klarna or Bancontact.

Google Analytics — for website visit statistics.

Google (Business Profile/Reviews), YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram — when you post a review yourself or view our embedded content.

Our hosting, email and administration providers, and Theater Zuidplein where needed for access or catering.

We conclude data processing agreements where required. Some of these parties may process data outside the EEA, based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

During events we take images for our own promotion. By entering the event you agree to this.

If you prefer not to be recognisable, please let us know in advance at info@latinbootcamp.nl or on arrival. If you do appear in a published photo, we will remove it on request as soon as reasonably possible.

Financial and administrative data is kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Your contact details for invitations are kept for as long as you are a participant or interested party and have not unsubscribed or objected.

Images are kept in our archive for as long as we use them for promotion, unless you ask for removal.

Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and account for our service.

You can always ask us to delete your data; we will do so except for data we are legally required to keep.

Our website uses functional cookies needed to make the site work, and analytical cookies via Google Analytics (GA4) to see how the site is used.

Embedded content from YouTube, TikTok, Google Maps and Ticket Tailor may set its own cookies, governed by those parties' privacy policies.

You can always delete or block cookies through your browser settings.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability.

Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Send your request to info@latinbootcamp.nl. We respond within 30 days and may ask for additional identification.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections and access limited to those who need it.
